Joey Salazar is a passionate communicator, church leader, author, and coach dedicated to helping people live and lead with purpose. Called into ministry at a young age, Joey has spent years sharing the Gospel in both English and Spanish with creativity, authenticity, and conviction.

He currently serves as Executive Pastor at Journey Church in Orlando, Florida, under the leadership of Pastors JJ and Liz Vasquez, where the mission is simple — to make Jesus accessible to anyone.

Joey is a Certified Team Member with Maxwell Leadership, licensed to speak, coach, and train on topics of personal growth and leadership. Beyond the church, he consults with ministries and organizations to help them strengthen systems, teams, and communication.

He and his wife, Zerelys, live in Orlando with their two children, Joely and Joziah.
